ALL FINES WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE OWNER OF THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT IN VIOLATION
- Owner Pet off-leash violation $75.00
- Non-owner Pet violation (per day) $250.00
- Jumping of Pool Fence after closure $250.00
- Improper disposal of non-household debris $250.00
- Construction Rule Violations $100 per day
