Welcome to owning in Crescent Bar! To join our association please register to get access to this site. Here you can find information such as announcements from the Board, gain access to important Association documents.

Update your mailing and phone contact information for the board and property manager.
Enter your vehicle information, License Plate, Make and Model
Register any pets on: https://cresentbarcondos.petscreening.com/
- ONLY OWNERS ARE ALLOWED 2 PETS ON PROPERTY.
- No Family members, Friends, Renters are allowed to bring pets.

Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the condo grass area and of course clean up after your pet.

If you plan to rent your Unit, please make sure to Register each Renter on the site as Required by the Association Rules and Regs, also Remind Renters, Family Members, Friends, etc. they are NOT Allowed to bring Pets.

The previous owners should have given you the Parking Pass and Wristbands? This is most important during summer. Please contact your realtor. You may need to contact Select Rentals for your wristbands and spare keys if you do not plan to use their service.

You must display a parking pass in the car window, Please this is important, the Association is cracking down on towing unmarked vehicles due to illegal parking from NON-Condo Owners, you will get a 24-hour notice if you forget but try not to. Most important during summer as outsiders park in our parking lot.

Wristbands are to be worn while on the premises, so we know who belongs and who doesn’t. Again most important during summer.
