There are a few changes regarding our winter condo checks policy. Due to the possible liability having our employees turning water valves on or off, we will no longer be offering this service. It will be up to owners or agent to winterize their units. The exception will be the new 20 which can be turned off individually from the outside. Our employee's will still do weekly inspections of each unit with a paper check off list placed in each condo as before. Any issues we find the owner will be notified by either a phone call or email. We will also do our best to remedy the immediate issue but if any repairs will be up to the owner or agent.

If some reason you do not want us to check on your unit please notify Scott via email. Please if you have changed your lock please remember to give Scott a key especially new owners. If for some reason our key doesn’t work in your lock, you will be notified by phone or email
